IRWCMS Data Entry Assistant is a Chrome extension designed to help authorized users import measurement information from Excel and enter that information into IRWCMS measurement forms.

1. Introduction

IRWCMS Data Entry Assistant ("Extension", "we", "us", or "our") respects user privacy. The Extension handles information only to the extent necessary to provide its stated functionality, authenticate users, verify subscription access, and perform Excel-based measurement data entry into IRWCMS.

2. Information We Handle

2.1 Mobile Number

When a user chooses to sign in or access Pro features, the user's mobile number is used for OTP-based authentication and subscription identification.

The mobile number may be transmitted securely to the authentication and licensing services used by the Extension.

2.2 OTP and Authentication Information

The Extension uses MSG91 for mobile OTP verification.

OTP verification is used to establish an authenticated session and to determine whether the user is entitled to access Pro features.

The Extension does not intentionally store the user's OTP as permanent account information.

2.3 Subscription and License Information

The licensing service may maintain information associated with the user's subscription, including:

This information is used to determine whether Pro features are currently available to the user.

2.4 Excel Files and Measurement Data

When a user selects an Excel workbook, the Extension reads the workbook to provide Excel import, data preview, and IRWCMS data-entry functionality.

The measurement information contained in a user-selected workbook is used to perform the operation requested by the user.

Excel measurement data is not used for advertising, profiling, credit assessment, or sale to third parties.

2.5 IRWCMS Website and Form Data

The Extension interacts with IRWCMS pages and form fields to enter measurement information requested by the user.

IRWCMS form data is not used for advertising or unrelated user profiling.
