How to Use

1. Provide the LOA

On the home page, select the IRWCMS LOA HTML URL option and paste the LOA URL. If the LOA has been saved locally, use the saved HTML file option instead.

2. Review the extracted information

The application opens an Engineer Review screen containing the schedules and extracted items. Check the schedule details, item numbers, descriptions, units, quantities and source rates before continuing.

3. Select the SOR for new items

For a schedule containing new items, select the applicable Schedule of Rates from the available options. The selected SOR is used to look up the new item's description, unit and source rate.

4. Enter new item numbers

Enter the item number for each new item. The application retrieves the corresponding information from the SOR selected for that schedule. New item quantity is initially zero so that the engineer can edit the proposed quantity in the generated Excel workbook.

5. Generate the Excel statement

After reviewing the information, generate the variation statement. Open the downloaded workbook and verify all quantities, rates, variation calculations, schedule totals and applicable adjustments before official use.
